It's been a while since I've gotten back on this site. I guess between church, work, wedding stuff (Doms, not mine), I'm just gratefule for sleep. So, I wanted to put this up for a while...
My dh is an excellent cook. He loves to venture out so much more than I do. It's amazing that I'm the boring one in the relationship. ;) So, he tried to make this wonderful tapioca "cupcake" filled with red bean paste. He made it all from scratch; we had to go to Ranch 99 to get tapioca balls and red beans. But I wanted to showcase his handiwork because he believes that presentation is half of cooking.
